Summer Rising Star

The summer is here and with that means some wonderful books to take to the beach, the hammock, or heck, the back yard. As the days get longer, weather heats up and you get that great tan, add this month’s Rising Star to your reading list. She is one talented author who will knock your socks off! This month’s Rising Star is CJ ENGLAND. 

CJ England has to thank her first love, a boy with to die for dimples that dumped her for a girl who could swing on the monkey bars. That was the beginning for CJ as she wrote her very first love and loss story and went on the path to becoming a talented storyteller.     A lifelong reader of many genres, she became a wonderful mother and wife and writing took a back seat for a spell due to the constraints of Algebra, Chemistry and other school subjects for her children. She was first published in Country Magazine and then by Rodale Press. CJ has also written several children’s stories as well.  

But the muse was not about to be silent and it got her scratching notes late at night and soon an eight book series came about called The Peacekeeper Journals, a series about supernaturals who join together to save humanity from evil. The first three are available at Whiskey Creek Press.

From then on she has written about gods and goddesses, royalty, elves, goblins and all other wonderful characters as well that find their way into her books. Reviewers and readers rave about her books and wait with bated breath for the next one. 

Her latest book just came out from Samhain Publishing and is full of goblins, elves, mystery and oh so sinful passion it makes your knees weak! This time she journeys into the world of elves, ancient prophecies and the power of soul mates. Get ready for THE MYLARI CHRONICLES: EYES OF FIRE.
